Terms of Use
Last updated August 18, 2026
These terms govern your use of fearlessdivorce.com and anything you buy through it. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
This is education, not advice
This is the most important section on the page, so it goes first.
Everything on this site, the articles, the calculators, and The Private Sessions audio series, is general financial education. It is not legal advice, tax advice, or individualized financial advice. It is not a substitute for a licensed attorney, a CPA, or a financial professional who has reviewed your actual documents and your actual numbers.
Divorce law varies by state, and the right answer for one person is frequently the wrong answer for another. Nothing here has been written with your specific situation in mind, because we have not seen it. Always consult a qualified attorney in your state before you sign anything or agree to anything.
Using this site does not create an advisor relationship, a client relationship, or a fiduciary duty between you and Leanne Ozaine. That relationship is formed only by a signed written agreement.
No guaranteed outcomes
Client examples and case stories on this site describe what happened in those particular situations. They are illustrations, not promises. Your results will depend on your assets, your state's law, your spouse's position, and decisions outside anyone's control. Nothing here guarantees any financial or legal outcome.
The Private Sessions
The Private Sessions is a digital audio series with an accompanying financial guide, sold for a one-time payment and delivered through Hiro.fm. When you purchase, you get a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own use.
You may not:
- Share, resell, or redistribute the episodes or the guide.
- Share your account credentials with anyone else.
- Reproduce, republish, or post the content publicly, in whole or in part.
Checkout, payment processing, delivery, and account access are handled by Hiro.fm under their terms of service. Billing appears on your statement as "Boardroom Financial."
Refunds
If the series is not what you expected, contact us and we will make it right. Refund requests are handled case by case through the contact page.

Third-party sites and tools
This site links to and relies on services operated by others, including The Private Advisory, Hiro.fm, and Web3Forms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, terms, or availability.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep the information here accurate and current, but tax law and state law change, and errors happen. Content is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not promise the site will be available without interruption.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leanne Ozaine and Fearless Divorce are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or its content, including any financial decision you make based on it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, if any.
You are responsible for the decisions you make about your own divorce. Please make them with a qualified professional who knows your file.
