Fearless Divorce is operated by Leanne Ozaine, CDFA. This policy explains what information this site collects, why, and what happens to it. If anything here is unclear, use the contact page and ask.

Information you give us

You can read every article and play the free episodes without giving us anything. We only receive personal information when you choose to hand it over:

• Contact form. Your name, email address, where you are in the process, and whatever you write in the message field. Submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms, a third-party form service.
• Purchases. If you buy The Private Sessions, checkout and delivery are handled by Hiro.fm. Your payment details go to their payment processor, never to us. We do not see or store your card number. Billing appears on your statement as "Boardroom Financial."

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this one collects standard analytics data through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics: pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, referring site, device and browser type, and how long you stayed. This is aggregate traffic measurement. We use it to learn which articles are worth writing more of.

Cookies

This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics for the measurement described above, and cookies set by Hiro.fm if you begin a purchase. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works fine without them, though some purchase functions may not.

How we use your information

• To answer messages you send us.
• To deliver and support a product you purchased.
• To understand which content is useful and improve the site.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent or trade it. We do not share it with advertisers.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make this site work, and only to the extent they need it: Web3Forms (contact form delivery), Hiro.fm (product delivery and payment), Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (traffic measurement), and Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights.

Confidentiality of what you tell us

People write to us about painful and private situations. What you send through the contact form is treated as confidential and is read only by Leanne and, where necessary, her staff. Please note that email and web forms are not secure channels. Do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers, or copies of financial documents through this site.

Sending a message does not create a client relationship, and it is not protected by any advisor or attorney privilege.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are kept as long as needed to respond and maintain our records. Analytics data is retained according to Google's standard retention settings. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

• Ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
• Opt out of any emails you receive from us.
• Block cookies in your browser.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR. We honor those requests regardless of where you live.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Links to other sites

Some pages link to other sites, including The Private Advisory and Hiro.fm. Once you leave this site, this policy no longer applies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other operators.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
